Community administrators can view a complete list of the card IDs in their community. These card IDs are used in the card swipe feature to connect card IDs to user accounts. If you want to view the list, select the Admin dropdown in the top right of your screen, select the community option, choose Settings, then select Card Swipe from the left-hand toolbar.
Use this page to search for specific users or card IDs. You can export the list into Excel with the Export option found in the top right of the page. At any point, you can edit or remove an existing card association. These options are found under the wrench icon on the right side of the page next to each entry. You can also add a new card association if you click Add Card in the top right of the page. You will be asked to enter the user’s card ID (this is not the full card string) and the account it should be tied to.
In general, this page should be used as a tool to locate specific card IDs or make small corrections. You have the ability to add cards but this is not a realistic option if you’re trying to add a large number of IDs. The methods to populate a large number of IDs are the import process or the OrgSync API. Importing card IDs is done through the account import process.
