The Photos tool allows every organization to store unlimited amounts of photos and albums so you can be remembered in your organization long after you leave. Hover over More along your organization's toolbar and select Photos to access this tool. Click here if you do not see the tool on your organization's toolbar.
The first thing you’ll see when accessing the Photos tool are existing albums. These are albums created in your portal or shared down by the umbrella portal. Click on an album to view its photos. Pro-tip: click on a photo to move to the next photo in the album.
When you select a photo, you'll see additional information like the its description and tagged users. You'll also see settings in the top right of the page. Notice the View Full Size Photo option, which allows you to view the high-resolution version of the image.
As an administrator, you can create new photo albums and edit existing ones. To begin, locate the Create an Album button on the default Photos page. The option to add photos will appear in the same spot after you select an album. OrgSync’s photo uploader allows you to select several images at once. The maximum file size for each photo is 10 MB. After you've selected the images from your computer, write in captions and tag users. Click Update Information to save your changes.
