Potential Issues with Uploading Card Swipes

If you're having trouble uploading a card swipe file to an event, continue reading to troubleshoot the problem.

  • Ensure each entry contains a full card swipe string. Uploading only user ID numbers will likely cause the import to fail. 
  • Remove all headers on your import document. The only information on this document should be the card swipe strings.
  • Check for extraneous data elsewhere in the document. If there is any information in cells outside the first column, the upload will likely fail.
