In order to successfully integrate and authenticate with your LDAP system, our development team will need the following information from your IT department.
- Host / IP Address
- Port #
- Bind DN / OrgSync username to log in
- Bind Password / OrgSync password to log in
- Base DN (for searching)
- SSL enabled? (yes/no)
- First name field - typically 'givenname' or 'gn'
- Last name field - typically 'sn'
- Email field - typically 'mail'
- UID field - typically 'uid' or 'cn'
- Test Account Credentials
You will also need to allow access to the following servers.
- OrgSync Utility Server: 220.127.116.11
- OrgSync FrontEnd Server: 18.104.22.168
