A portal's name or category is only editable by umbrella administrators. If you are the administrator of an organization and would like to make a change to one of these fields, please contact the office on campus that manages your OrgSync community.
If you are classified as an umbrella admin, you can make this change if you select the Admin dropdown along the top toolbar then select the umbrella. Next, choose Organizations and search for the organization you'd like to edit. Click on the portal's profile picture and choose the View/Edit Full Profile option. This page allows you to edit all organization information, including the name and category.
